I placed an online order at 8pm. My children and I eagerly watched the pizza tracker. By 817 it stated our order was being double checked for perfection. The next step is to be sent out for delivery. At 827pm our order was back in the oven. I called the store at 832pm and the sales associate stated there was a mistake but our order should arrive shortly. At 850pm the tracker stated our order was delivered. I definitely hadn't received anything and at this point of frustration I called the store to cancel my order. The driver rang my door bell anyway with the cancelled food at 914pm (I live 5 min away) and although I am starving, and she was courteous, I sent her away. This experience was ridiculous. My children and I were left without dinner. The most frustrating thing is that the manager never attempted to reconcile the issue during any of my calls. Horrible customer service from this store! We have also had issues with inconsistency with their product in the past. I will not be ordering from here again!!

Took over an hour for my pizza and chicken nuggets to show up and they were both cold. The pizza was slightly under cooked on the top. They need to hire more people and adjust the ovens.

Called and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. I decided to call back and no answer. I called back 6 more times and no one ever answered. We really wanted pizza tonight but decided to order elsewhere since in 15 minutes we couldn't even have someone answer our call. Ridiculous.

ordered 6 pizza's and 4 subs at 10 am this morning for our Christmas party supposed to be here by 11:30 today, we're 1/2 mile away, we have called 3 times still no delivery yet. It's 12:07 now they say they were busy, I understand that, but they said they were out for delivery 20 mins. ago. So now it's free, but the people we had invited have to go back to work, now. and my guys are still waiting. It's now 12:22 still no pizza, we ordered new pizzas from Ledos;

Ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. The employee was friendly enough, but I ordered pizza with extra cheese, olives, onions and green peppers and sausage. Of course they charged me for the extra cheese, unfortunately I did not get the extra cheese and they were so stingy with the toppings they acted as it would cause a deficit if they gave me any at all. I certainly DID NOT GET WHAT I PAID FOR. UPDATE: Upon reading my review I was contacted by Domino's. They were very concerned about my customer service experience and my satisfaction with their product. In an effort to rectify the issue, I was offered a credit to replace my order. The company representatives were very friendly, professional and helpful. I placed another order and upon receipt I was extremely happy before even tasting it. Why, you ask? The food looked DELICIOUS. I chose a slice...took a bite and the cherubs began to sing and the harps were playing...get the idea? I had extra cheese just as I requested as I took the bite a string of hot melted cheese fell from the slice. Just thinking about it now is really making me want another. I have to admit, I am extremely happy with my order and very pleased that Domino's cared enough about my experience that they reached out to me. I would like to thank Domino's for making this customer feel like your number one customer. It's great when a business protect the basics of business, which is customer service. Job well done Domino's, well done!

Fast delivery and the pizza was nice and hot as well as the wings. Order came in 25 minutes which was actually less than the estimated delivery time. I will order from this location again. I'm only giving 3 stars because although the wings were hot there were a few wings that were overcooked and too much sauce.

I specifically have my delivery directions stating that I am on a private road off another main road. Even with that, the delivery driver was unable to locate my house-and was in a completely different area. After speaking directly with the driver, he informed me he knew exactly where I was. I did miss the phone call initially from the driver, but I called him within 10 mins and he had already taken my order back to the store. I have had these directions listed in my dominos order and have had no delivery issues in the past(and the same with Papa John's). Due to the delay, the large order of Parmesan bites is extremely hard and stale; and the pizza is so so-the cheese and sauce is very sparse.

They're always fast and have specials. I always pay less than $25 for a family of 3. My favorite is their handmade pan pizza. I like this pizza better than the Pizza Hut pan pizza.

I've ordered from here several times. They only forgot my marinara sauce one time out of like 15 deliveries, so that's a decent average. I always order online and the order is always made correctly and tastes good. Standard Dominos joint.
